Macgi is an AI try-on service. This page explains what data we process, why, and how you control it.
What we process
The email you sign in with (we email you a verification code), and your name if you add it to your profile.
The full-body photos you upload and the try-on images created from them.
Products you like and your try-on history.
When you tap a buy button: the product, the time, your IP address and browser, to reconcile with our affiliate partner.
How we use your photos
Your photos are used only to create try-on images for you. We never post, share, sell or use them for advertising or to train AI models.
To create an image, a temporary copy is sent to a GPU server through a short-lived link. That copy is deleted automatically within 24 hours; the processing server does not keep it.
Photos you upload and your try-on results stay in your profile until you delete them.
Service providers
Google Cloud (photo storage), RunPod (GPU servers that run the try-on model), Cloudflare (website delivery and security). They process data only to provide their service to us.
When you buy, you are sent to Shopee through an AccessTrade link. Shopee’s and AccessTrade’s own policies apply on their sites.
Your choices
You can view and delete your photos, try-on results and liked products from your profile.
Deleting your account in your profile deactivates it. To have all remaining data erased, contact us.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The try-on app keeps your sign-in session in your browser.
Children
Macgi is not intended for anyone under 16.
